Big Fig ships their mattresses to your home for free, compressed and rolled up in a box. You can also get white glove delivery for an additional $99 if you’d like someone to set up your bed for you. Big Fig won’t automatically remove your old mattress for you with white glove delivery, but $159 will get you both services. Shipping is currently only available to the 48 contiguous states. Occasionally, Big Fig will offer free white glove delivery with a mattress purchase so it pays to keep an eye on the current Big Fig promotions.
How To Return A Big Fig Mattress
Big Fig offers 120 risk free nights to try their mattresses out. They recommend that you sleep on your new bed for at least two weeks before requesting a return. If you decide the Big Fig mattress isn’t right for you, just call or email the company and they will send someone to remove it at no additional cost. You’ll receive a full refund once the removal has been confirmed.
Big Fig Mattress Warranty
Big Fig doubles the online mattress warranty standard by backing their mattresses with a 20-year non-prorated warranty. This means you never have to pay for a replacement bed or cost of repairs during that time. Loose or broken coils, impressions greater than 1”, and cracks in the foam are covered by the warranty. Burns, stains, fabric damage to the cover, and normal wear and tear over time are not covered.
