How To Return A Cocoon Mattress
Cocoon offers a 120-night risk-free trial period to see if their mattress is what you’re looking for. If you decide you don’t like your bed during that time, simply call the company and they will send someone to remove it for you. They will issue a full refund 1-2 business days after the removal has been confirmed. Do your research on Amazon’s return policy if you buy a Cocoon mattress through that particular retailer because their policies may differ.
Cocoon Mattress Warranty
Cocoon mattresses are covered by a 10-year warranty. This is standard for the online mattress industry. Indents in the mattress larger than 1” and manufacturing defects in the cover are covered under the warranty. Normal increase in softness over time and abuse to the mattress are not covered.
