We’ll discuss all the details you need to know about DreamCloud’s warranty, trial period, and company policies as well as how to save money on this hybrid mattress.
The DreamCloud mattress is a thick, durable mattress that is comprised of both coils and various layers of foam. The bed uses six different layers and totals a whopping 15″ thick. You can read our full review here.
DreamCloud ships their mattresses to your home for free, rolled up and compressed in a box. If you don’t want to set up the bed yourself, an additional $149 will get you White Glove delivery, setup, and removal of your old mattress. While free shipping is available to the 48 continental states, there is a delivery charge for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is unavailable.
DreamCloud offers a 365-night risk-free trial period. If at any point during that time you decide you don’t like your mattress, or need a replacement, simply call or email the company. They will send someone to remove the bed for you and issue a refund 2-3 days after the removal has been confirmed.
DreamCloud outshines the 10-year warranty standard by offering the Everlong warranty. The warranty covers indentations and sagging greater than 1.5”, splitting of the foam, and manufacturing defects to the cover’s zipper. Physical abuse to the mattress and normal wear over time are not covered.
The MSRP for the DreamCloud mattress is a slightly above average for the online mattress industry. Pricing below is from the company’s website.
