Leesa ships their mattresses to your home for free, rolled up and compressed in a box. They offer white glove delivery for an additional $100 if you’d rather have someone set up your new bed for you. You can either donate your old mattress on your own time or pay an additional $50 and Leesa will remove it for you. Residents of the continental US and Canada get free shipping. International shipping is available in the UK and Germany.
How To Return The Leesa Hybrid Mattress
Leesa gives you 100 risk-free nights to try their mattresses. They require that you sleep on your bed for 30 nights before requesting a return. If you decide you don’t like your mattress during that time, just call the company and they will send someone to remove it. Mattress removal is free to the 48 contiguous states. There’s a $100 fee for returning your bed if you live in Alaska or Hawaii. Be sure to read Amazon’s return policies if you purchase your Leesa mattress through them because their policies may be different.
Leesa Hybrid Mattress Warranty
Leesa backs their mattresses with a 10-year warranty. This warranty covers cracks and splits in the foam, indentations bigger than 1”, and manufacturing defects in the cover’s zipper and/or seams. Normal increase in softness and physical damage, like stains or burns, are not covered.
