This post will cover everything you need to know about Yogabed’s trial period, warranty, and other company policies. We also cover how to save money on the Marpac Yogabed mattress.
YogaBed is a four layer mattress-in-a-box. It has a soft, neutral-foam feel and a machine washable cover, which is pretty unique in the bed-in-a-box industry.
Yogabed ships their mattresses to your home for free, compressed and rolled up in a box. It’s advised that you allow your new bed up to 72 hours to take shape before sleeping on it. Yogabed will not remove your old mattress for you, so it’s up to you to dispose of, or donate, on your own time. Shipping is currently only available to the continental states.
Yogabed gives you 101 risk-free nights to try their mattresses out. If you decide their bed isn’t right for you during that time, simply call the company and they will remove it at no additional cost. A refund will be issued once the removal has been confirmed. Yogabed only offers one free trial and mattress removal. Be sure to read Amazon’s policy on returns if you buy your Yogabed through them because theirs are different than other companies’ policies.
Yogabed’s mattresses are backed with a 10-year warranty that covers sagging or indentations 1” or greater, splits or cracks in the foam, and manufacturing defects in the cover’s zipper. Normal wear over time and damage caused by improper use are not covered.
The MSRPs for the Yogabed and Unplug mattresses are on the lower end of the online mattress industry. The 10” all-foam Unplug mattress ranges from $350 for a twin to $700 for a Cal king. Here’s how pricing breaks down for the flagship Marpac Yogabed.
Yogabed mattresses are made in the USA.
The standard dimensions are the same whether you buy the Yogabed or Unplug mattress.
The winter holiday season is a popular time for the online mattress industry to offer sales. If you can wait until November for a new bed, you can end up getting a Yogabed at a discounted price. We wouldn’t be shocked to see the company offer $100-$200 off their beds. Plus, they occasionally offer two free pillows with each mattress as well.
Independence Day is another time to get a new mattress on sale. We don’t know what Yogabed’s discounts will look like, but you could end up saving $100-$200. Again, the company might even throw in a free gift (pillow, sheets, etc) when you a buy a YogaBed mattress.
Amazon will match the prices offered on the Yogabed website. In addition to their annual Prime Day sale, Amazon will offer discounts on a Yogabed mattress throughout the year. We recommend you do your research on Amazon’s company policies because they are different than other companies’ policies.
