Nolah ships their mattresses to your home, compressed and rolled up in a box for free. It’s advised that you give the bed a couple of hours to fully decompress before sleeping on it after unboxing. Residents of the 48 continental states get free shipping with every mattress order. Shipping is currently unavailable to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and international locations.
How To Return A Nolah Mattress
Nolah gives you 120 risk-free nights to try your mattress. If you decide you don’t like your bed during that time, all you have to do is email the company to return it. The company will send someone to remove the mattress for you and, with proof of removal, will issue a full refund seven days after the pick up. Nolah availability on Amazon may vary throughout the year, but be sure to read up on their return policy if you buy your mattress through the company. Their policies are different than other companies’ policies.
Nolah Mattress Warranty
Nolah backs your mattress with either a 15-year warranty (Original Nolah) or Lifetime warranty (Nolah Signature) depending on the model you purchase. These warranties cover sagging greater than 1.5”, cracking or splitting of the foam, and manufacturing defects related to the zipper in the cover. Damage caused by physical abuse to the mattress isn’t covered. The Lifetime warranty gets you free replacement shipping for the first 15 years. After that, a $75 shipping charge plus a possible prorated replacement charge will be issued.

Pricing for the Nolah Signature ranges from around $1,000 for a twin to $1,800 for a king/cal king, placing it at the higher end of the industry’s price range.
